At sometime in your endeavors, you might have been tempted to purchase the newest diet pill on the market being touted as a "miracle" and discovered that it didn't have the effect you were looking for. 5. Don't tempt yourself by grocery shopping when hungry. You'll wind up buying way too many items that you shouldn't be eating. Think about shopping after lunch.
