How to loose your weight with minimum workouts.



First thing if u are a bit over the BMI ( body mass Index) and want to shed your unwanted flab, It is your diet that will definetly help you to control your routines.
As we are aware that improper food habbits take a toll on our body and accumulates unwanted fats and starch in our tissues. This can be avoided easily but people often surrender to their taste buds rather than a future image of a six pack person ( A ha......)

Well to cut short and come to where you want me to, I am a fitness coach and freak out on improper scheduling of workouts and diet intakes.
