Be confident and motivated to loose your weight.

you can loose your weight with simple five step program

1. First thing u got to do is to be confident and be positive all the time, dont excuse yourself for not doing it regularly .I know we all are busy but u and we need to take for ourselves, it should be very constant beginning, just 10 to 15 minutes a day and slowly increase your time so that u will be bit comfortable, but do it regularly and u have to make a resolution to be healthy and fit from today.

2.Second thing is that You have to motivate yourself and reward yourself. It is a real good thing, one needs to do this on his own support expenses.
In other words you can reward yourself like Go to a movie, Have a day off, Or feel what can be felt. I think you got it. If i loose one or two pounds this week this will increase your work out and u wont cheat yourself and similarily there are many more rewards and It all depends on your choice.

3.Healthy eating habits, This is one thing that will help u for sure if u work out or not because if u stop eating fatty foods, then you will not gain fat in your body or its no point of you working so hard to loose your pounds it will still gain a bit of fat in your body for example : mc chicken burger with a mayo this contains almost 5grams of fat so u gained that much of fat but just having a burger so imagine how much can u loose with eating a proper healthy fat free food.( Reference Mc Donald.com 2008)

4.How to organise your day for your exercises

1. Never use remote to watch your television or play music.
2. If you going out for shopping never take a help of finding items if u cant find walk here and their till u find it.
3. When u wash your clothes dont use the dryer but dry your clothes buy hanging them outside it will take 5 to 10 so their u go u just did some work out
4. Never use your cordless phone use a fixed phone so when ever u get a call u can walk all the wasy and answer it.


5. How to keep a track of your dropping pounds.

1. buy a weight scale, An accurate one that shows u exact weight and always record it form day one so that u can know what exactly is happening with your weight loosing program. Once u see that u got rid of some pounds, thats it fellows u will never turn back. ( a reverse summersault is possible!)

2. A accurate measuring tape that u can measure body to keep track of the weight loosing parts in your so this two things will be very helpfull to successfully loose your weight.
